Thank you for choosing nleave.com. Because our services are digital products delivered instantly upon purchase or subscription, we generally operate a strict no-refund policy. Please read the terms below carefully before completing your purchase.

1. No Refunds

All sales are final. nleave.com does not offer refunds, credits, or replacements for:

  • Change of mind or "buyer's remorse."
  • Unused subscription periods or "partial months."
  • Failure to cancel a subscription before the renewal date.
  • Lack of usage of the software features.

2. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing cycle. No pro-rated refunds will be issued for the remaining time in that cycle.

3. Technical Issues

If you experience technical difficulties that prevent you from accessing the service, please contact our support team immediately. While we do not offer refunds, we are committed to resolving technical bugs to ensure you receive the service you paid for.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

In very rare cases, and solely at the discretion of nleave.com management, a refund may be considered if there has been a billing error (e.g., being charged twice for the same period).
